Oh BTW is it safe to give away ur 360 serial number? The dude got a pic of the 360's UPD code or w/e with serial # n stuff....thats okay right?

Shouldn't be a problem if you have registered the xbox in your name/number already but I wouldn't suggest letting anyone else see that serial number.

Why not buy retail this time? $240 through Ebay seems kinda ridiculous when you can drop $60 more for a retail Pro system with a nice, cushy warranty right from Microsoft.

GOOD IDEA DO THAT ONE, I have had a 360(with custom u no what) for like 2 years now... no rrod for me! in the pawn shop most of teh time tho
