the chipset you want a p35 chipset not a p31. also check on ebay i my ip 35 e for $35 with out any shiping

The P31 is an older model compared to the P35.
Two memory slots, Older PCI slots.
It's not worth it.

If you find one you want on newegg but think it alittle over priced check out this site they have some good prices www.motherboardpro.com I picked up my mobo for around $50 cheaper then newegg at the time. thats all the help I can give becauseI don't know jack from shanikwa about intel boards.
