Orthos is the only thing that crashes it. If you reread my post, you'll see that I stated as long as his applications aren't crashing it, then I'd consider it stable.

Yeah orthos and prme95 are the only things that crash it. I never do anything extremly heavy on the CPU like that anyway so I think if its stable gaming its stable enough for me. Ill try upping the voltage in the bios to 1.225 when i get home

thanks

Hey Evilsponge,

What type of cooling are you using for your CPU? Just wondering.

im using the stock heatsink and fan but as far as I know am am able to stay stable at 3.6ghz with that. My idle is 26 and load with 50. One of my sensors is screwed up on the cpu so my idles are actually at 40/26 but i think 26 sounded better? which one do you think is right?

i dont want to damage it I want to make sure I dont damage it.

My Guess would be that 40 is correct. 26 seems really low to me on a stock cooler.

I'm no expert though.

I'm wondering if I should try OC'ing my E3110 on a stock cooler as well. But I think I'll pass.
