Which one should I use, I want to know my exact temps.

Realtemp.

Those are good idle temps for that much of an overclock.

I have yet to see a complaint about realtemp, although its newer I would say go with it.

Realtemp, you can 2nd check against bios temps if you want reassurance.

I know thats one of the things that realtemp was loved for was the tjmax temp being more accurate. The only reason I haven't played a whole lot with realtemp is that it doesn't work with amd's...
