Is this adequate power supply?

In my search to kill two birds with one stone I found Thermaltake Soprano tower case that comes with a 430w power supply at fry's for $109.99. The case alone is listed at $115.99 on newegg.

My question is will this be enough to power a q6600? This is my first build in several years and am clueless on this.

Originally I was going to go with this.

neither of them will work

most motherboards have a 8pin cpu connecter for when running quad, some do now, but most do

but, out of the 2, the trio is deffinitly better

The general rule really around here is not to skimp on a PSU especially if your planning on upgrading graphics or going SLi in future.. a 430w cheap PSU may be under high load nearly all the time were a decent PSU like the Antec or Corasir would be much better and supply your system with cleaner more regulated power.

The CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX is an excellent choice

Antec is fine but this $70 Corsair 550vx is a good buy. Also, the 650tx is $80
