Would it be better to mount it inside or outside the case?
For that load, you'll want a 480GTX.

Yes, you need fans... I suggest 4 or 8 Yate Loon fans due to price and performance.

It is better to mount the rad so fresh air enters it.
Once again...

Yes, the radiator needs fans. Most cases won't fit a 480 inside, so your best bet is to mount it on top of your case.

EDIT: Duckie beat me

I think I'll go for Lian-Li PC-80. That's pretty big.

Sorry, but I don't understand if I can use 1/2 tubings for 480GTX?

In that case, you may want to run the 480 with a pump that can push the loop, a D5 Vario ought to do the job.

As far as The Fuzion, you may want V1, not V2 as the V2 is more restrictive insofar as flow-rate (see Martinm's awesome thread).

Yes, you will need fans, and a shroud is also recommended to eliminate "dead-spots" and maintain static pressure.

I try to mount rads outside of the case, or if they are integrated into the case then the fans are pulling as a direct intake. I try to use the exhaust of the fans as an ancillary cooling method for internal hardware (RAM, NB or SB, etc...)

You may want to PM ira-k, MartinM, or DuckiHo for some more techinical and specific information.

Good luck!

Thanks.

I'm not very pro at W/C, Does "G 1/4" female threaded fittings" mean that
I can buy nozzles of any size for it?

G 1/4" is a threading type. Almost all fittings sold today use this standard. The threading has nothing to do with how big the fitting is.
