hey guys i'm thinking of buying another joystick so i can play with my friends, but the think is that i dont have only one xbox360 and one screen, so what is the best game that can be played multiplayer on split screen or on the same screen like fifa or rally games or something, need a list of games...

Some of them also have XboxLive, but that isn't what you are looking for.
