Picture: Two Moniters, primary moniter with simple 2D/3D Game, and the slave web surfing (EXAMPLE).
I would greatly appreciate it as I can't test it myself due to I haven't decided on CrossFire or SLI.
(I'll buy you a cup of coffee...)
Oh... actually I just stepped-up my GX2 for a GTX280, but I plan on getting a second eventually and running in SLI. At that time, I will happily attach a photo.
How about this: I have some photos in my gallery. Take a look at THIS
one. There's no game running, but the display - not the television - on the (far) left is my primary running the GX2. The secondary display is running off the 9600GT. I was running with SLI enabled on the GX2 (that's actually the GX2 displayed on the primary display).
Please understand: if you want to have multiple displays and SLI enabled on 9600GTs, you will have to have a total of THREE cards.
One for the secondary display and two for SLI. If you only have two 9600GTs, you can have SLI - or - multiple display, but not both. Switching between the modes doesn't require a restart, but it does take several seconds. This method I've outlined precludes that.
I have no motivation to make this up.
