if you want your GPU to idle at 43 and load at 55, get one of these

Good cooling, and I cannot even hear it above my other fans.

It runs 24/7 so you don't even have to mess with fan speed. (plugs right into your PSU via molex)

80% fan speed always helps me, and not as loud as 100%.
Your GPU temp is ok now. Everest is quite accurate.
