E6750 voltage... - Page 3

Im running 4-4-4-12 2T, Im not going to overclock anymore due to instability, Ive tryed 5-5-5-18 2T and everything but im after long term stability at 3.6ghz I just wasnt getting it, after a few hours of cod4 or tdu I was just getting the system hanging.

Well, I guess my E6750 is pretty good, I've got BIOS vcore set a 1.425, so less with droop(mine is pretty bad). It will post at 4Ghz, but windows crashes pretty quick, maybe with more volts.

have you increased your mem volts, this will help your ram stability. Mine are at 2.1v.

Nah ill be honest I've got this 100% stable and the speed differnce isnt any differnt at this clock, even in gaming its not much and inless I watch the fps... other then that it isnt even noticeable. My temps are so much lower and vcore aswell. Past 3.2ghz I hit a wall and have to increase the vcore considerably. With vcore set to 1.38 Ive run prime twice one for 9 hours and second for 3 hours and not hit any instability.
