See for yourself:

http://www.alternate.de/html/categor...R&l3=DDR+2+GB&
(it's german, but you will probably understand enough )

More about graphics then:

eVGA is not an option unless the extra $40 is worth it.

XFX and BFG are equally priced, BFG has slightly higher clocks, but that won't be a problem. I think that XFX had a better warranty.. or what?
All three or those brands carry a LIFETIME warranty. XFX has double lifetime, so its up to you. If you plan on selling the card used later down the road, get the XFX so it can be sold with warranty. If you don't plan on selling it used (or don't care about double lifetime), then get any of them. eVGA has stepup....but I personally don't care for that. All three brands have excellent warranty service, so it really doesn't matter between them.

EDIT:
RAM wise, I can't really tell what it says, but these look fairly decent. Geil makes good RAM. I can't find the timings on those or anything.....but yeah, I'd personally do whatever you can to avoid OCZ with your motherboard. You will find out that they don't really overclock well at all with that board. On a DFI board, SURE! They'll hit DDR550+ with the OCZ sticks you have selected (if lucky). But on the ASUS boards, yeah no.

Honestly though...either way, 2GB of RAM on a 939, is 2GB of RAM . If you don't mind putting them on a divider, the OCZ won't be that bad. Also, OCZ has GREAT warranty and customer service as well. I've RMA'd my kit of DDR500 3 different times now....and come to find out its my board that hates the RAM, not the other way.

I also have a question for you Mike-O:

The X2 3800+ in your signature....is that a Manchester core? If so, don't expect much if any more of an overclock from it than you've already got. Manchester's typically max out around 2.5-2.6Ghz (the 3800's). I just figured I'd forwarn you about that if you are indeed running a Manny....that way you don't get disappointed like I did with my Manchester 3800 x2.

Toledo core here. I've hit 2.7 stable with my crapped out ram. I'm on 2.5 because it runs on stock voltage.
I'll probably go with OCZ then, using a divider anyway (or is a divider bad?).
Will sure need the extra ram, doing some occasional HD video encoding thanks to my new camera.

No harm done I think I will be going with OCZ anyway, if a divider will fix it.

No actually, using a divider (in my experience) has actually increased the RAM's benchmark speed. I did a test with stock speeds on my fiance's rig:

200 HT Clock (FSB) x 10 - RAM @ 250MHz (250 divider)
250 HT Clock (FSB) x 08 - RAM @ 250MHz (200 divider) (1:1)
300 HT Clock (FSB) x 07 - RAM @ 250MHz (166 divider)

And to be honest, the 166 divider proved to be the best in Everest Benchmark runs. I was attempting to keep the CPU speed as close to stock as possible, and did succeed until the 300 HT run, which put my CPU at 2.1GHz. But still...putting it on a divider WILL NOT hurt the performance.

Just try to get your CPU up as high as you can stable (within reasonable temps of 65*C or lower), then work your RAM out. Start with the lowest divider possible to find your CPU's max (probably 100Mhz divider), then start increasing it, tightening timings, etc...that should get you on a great start.

Like I said though, if you're buying the OCZ sticks, expect right around 200MHz (DDR400) or so with them. You might get lucky and crank out 225+ MHz out of them....but that's all up to your individual parts. Its all a lottery pick really. The extra RAM will help more than the speed of the RAM on your system.
