Noob overclocker needs help unlocking his acer branded foxconn for overclocking

Hey guys, I am new to these forums and looking to be a first time overclocker. I have a socket 939 with an AMD athlon X2 3800+ @ 2.0Ghz and 2GB PC-3200 DDR at 3-3-3-8. I have an I have an Acer E360 PC with a foxconn 6150K8MA-8EKRS motherboard on it. Acer disables the bios options to adjust voltage and multiplier and only allows CPU frequency adjustments. After spending hours looking for people who have unlocked this motherboard with the official foxconn bios I have found a few people able to do it, but it involves force flashing the bios. How can I do the force flash if I don't have a floppy drive nor win 98 installed (I have XP)? Is there any utilities you recommend for force flashing? I was wondering if anyone has flashed this motherboard before and has any advice how to do it? I will also post a few links where I have read people doing this. Also, once it is flashed, is there a good noob tutorial on how to safely overclock an X2? Thank you very much!

Here are some of the links I was reading.

I used an old 2gb hdd and formatted it with a win98 boot disk

* in case you are confused *

I booted off 98 cd, then formatted the small drive with the /s option.

Then, since I needed it to be functional, I copied the contents of A:\\ (ram drive created by 98 setup when no floppy is present) to the small drive, overwriting any existing files, and voila, your hard drive boots just like a win98 floppy.

I was actually thinking of doing a USB flashdrive floppy as suggested by others. Have you flashed this MB?
