You need to change the card for an AGP graphics card. A PCI-E card WILL NOT FIT in an agp slot.

But in all seriousness. You CANNOT run a PCI-e 16x card in anything other than a PCI-e slot. The physical wiring and voltage is way different. And considering who old the system is, even if by a miracle you were able to get it to work, the cpu will bottleneck the crap out of that card.
