BSOD Cause Opinions

I'm looking for some opinions here on what you guys think this BSOD is caused by. I'm going to rule out an unstable overclock because it happened at stock settings .

Well I'm not familiar with specific error codes but i'd suggest going for usual suspects such as ram (running Memtest).
