First WC 480GTX - Page 3

I would go for the ultra kraze's, 3000RPM with a fan controller, a recent fan test in atomic (australia) found them the best.

Looking good...Thanks for the pic's....I'd use a decent cfm 120x38mm fan, they have a lot better pressure when you put them on a rad and seem to scavenge air through the rad better....These are as small as I would use on any rad..86cfm Pana..These are what I use..115cfm Panaflo-SVC..

Moving along slowly.Found some M4 meteric bolts at Ace hardware. They fit through the 2 shrouds fan and the grill just perfect.

I was gonna use 1 fan on the other side with no shroud to exhaust. Was a bit louder then I wanted so took them off.

I was hoping to stuff this in a TJ07 but I cant keep the shrouds unless I mount them on the outside of the case.Is only enough room for the 480GTX and 1 fan with the power supply and pumps/stuff.Thought about mounting a shroud and fan on the outside of the case.Ill see what the numbers are with shroud's and without.

I installed a Viper John 780I kit.Temp's came down.Not as much as I wanted.So ordered

1 x *** NEW *** EK-Mosfet 680i - Part 2 - Acetal (EK-MOSFET-680i-2-AC) = $38.95Fitting Size 1/2" Barb for 1/2" ID tube
1 x *** NEW *** EK-Mosfet 680i - Acetal (EK-MOSFET-680i-AC) = $38.95Fitting Size 1/2" Barb for 1/2" ID tube

Also ordered a EK nf4 rev 1.1 for the south bridge but it just wont fit.If I had a single board card it would.Maybe a 4780x2 is in my future.

I also lapped the CPU and replaced the AS 5 with AS Ceramique.I really like ceramique lot more then I thoguht.
