Hey all I am saving up for a new setup...

I for sure want to get 2 geforce 9800's for SLI..

I am just not sure what to do about processesor and MoBo
I am willing to save up and spend about a grand on this new setup

Anyone got any suggestions?

I plan on this setup being able to run Vista when I eventually get it.

Flat out what is THE best setup I am get with $1000 buks?

I got Crysis and can baraly play it... i would like to be able to play it on much higher settings haha

Thats a fine setup, but get an 8800GTS 512 instead. It will be about just as good, and will save you some money.

Take Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme (TRUE) instead of Tuniq, performce a little better.
