q6600 overclocking with nVidia tools? is it real?

hello i downloaded nVidia tooles and faund that i can change core speed in this tools, so is it this OC real(now i am runing 2.95ghz) , because i know that u need to change voltage in BIOS

You need to forget overclocking with ntuner, its junk.

If you want to overclock your cpu/ram you need to use your bios to do it. If you want to overclock your graphics then get ATItool or Rivatuner. Also when you overclock you want to watch temps and I find the best program is Realtemp its in the downloads section.

It's real, but I'd suggest a rough overclock in the BIOS and then inside windows only bump the voltages a bit if you can't get stable (though I am not sure if nTune will do this, I'm not very familiar with nTune overclocking).
