The Earthwatts 650 is a Delta. I have yet to see a review for the new Delta but I don't have a lot of confidence in them. OTOH Seventeam isn't seen a lot in my neck of the woods and I haven't seen a review on that model, but their mid to high-end stuff seems to be at least decent. I think I would go with the Seventeam until I see some proof that Antec made a decent product going with Delta.

edit- I think I should clarify, Delta can be a good OEM but I fear that Antec got cheap again (we know they switched to Delta because they were cheaper then Seasonic). The Seasonic built Earthwatts aren't as good as they could have been so we can probably assume it will be more of the same from Antec, I just don't know at what level they will be at until we see some reviews.

I've found some internal shots of the the EA-500D and they have cut costs a bit on caps, but I didn't see anything that should ruin the Earthwatts. I have no clue when it comes to AU prices but it doesn't seem like a bad buy especially since you bought it in a shop instead of on the net. Hopefully the new psu will alleviate your gfx card problems.

Successs !!! it fixed the stability problems on the card .. new clocks 750/1830/2000 stable .. before i had to have it underclocked. The power supply itself is very very quiet in comparison to the Coolermaster Xtreme 460w .. cons: not modular alot of messy looking cables in the case =[ not bad for $120 AUD (around $110 USD) in store price. =D

Good to hear this. The new Antec is form Delta. Maybe not as good as the old one but should be fine. I got two 430w for friends last week. They work great. Enjoy.
