Mostly Petra's, their prices are very competitive and you aren't gonna save much shopping elsewhere. One option for you whicih would be easy would be to go with one of their pre-made kits and just add a GPU block to it. It's all gonna come to be about the same but it will be less hassle for you. I will post my recommendations in a few minutes though. I too am at work .

Here you go:

CPU Block: Fuzion v2 - http://www.petrastechshop.com/dfuv2uncpuwa.html - $65
Quad Insert for Fuzion v2 - http://www.petrastechshop.com/qucomiinford.html - $5
GPU Block: EK Full Cover - http://www.petrastechshop.com/ekgtgfucowaf.html - $110
Rad: BI GTS360 - http://www.petrastechshop.com/hwlablicegts1.html - $60
Pump: Laing D5 - http://www.petrastechshop.com/dadenlad5in1.html - $80
Res: Swiftech Micro-Res - http://www.petrastechshop.com/swmchire.html - $20
Tubing: 10 feet 7/16" Masterkleer - http://www.petrastechshop.com/7id5odmagepu.html - $6
Coolant: Petrosin G11 - http://www.petrastechshop.com/peg11coadb4o.html - $5

Total: $355

That's about the best I can do. You can always get a lesser pump and rad but you'll only save about $50 tops and will get much worse results.
