I've only been running the affinity changer for about a week now. When I first started, if I ctrl-c'd an instance, it corrupted the other instance's WU. Maybe it is because after I stopped the processes, I noticed that the cpu cores were still working and rebooted.
Is it normal for the cpu to continue to show usage for a period after ending the 2 processes? If so, what is your experience with the amount of time that they return to idle?
