So I just checked out my computer...

And it seems I have an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 graphics card. I've tried to look it up, but all I could find were ATI sites trying to self glorify them... I need OCNs opinion.

Should I keep it, or buy a new one?

You cant actually sell it... its intergrated.
Buy some low end 3-series Radeon or a 7-8 series Geforce
E.g. : my $35 GeForce 7600GS still does suprisingly well*

Well, I do game, and I know some people like it, and others don't, but I play World of Warcraft. I've often noticed that I've had to play on pretty much the absolute lowest settings for it to run generally smoothly. I've looked into a few things, and I think it might be that I need a little more RAM.

The graphics card, from what the way you said it, seemed to be matching my needs. But, seeing as how it's a built in graphics card, it's sucking out 104M of RAM, setting me to a mere 896M of RAM(I've been looking at a few 2 x 1GB sticks, for relatively cheap.) Or, I could have just completely misunderstood what you said, and you might've been saying to replace it... I'm not too sure, haha.

Alrighty, so you say to buy a GeForce 7-8 series. Just as a general confirmation, I use newegg.com . I take it that's a good place to check out hardware and such?

i typically use newegg myself, but you might want to look around here in our for sale section as well. Here is a pretty sweet card being sold on this site that will do very well in world of warcraft, and it's only 55 bucks. If you don't mind getting used stuff (I buy from here all the time) then it could be worth the extra time to save some more money.

I see your new here so welcome to OCN.What kind of computer is this? Do you have a model # if it's a prebuilt or list of components if it's custom?

You need to list what motherboard you have also you need to check what slots you have to see what you can upgrade to. A x200 is almost a x300 just the x200 was usualy made for laptops.
