I am getting 120fsb idle, 200fsb normal, which is mt CPU stock. I have overclocked this in the BIOS and therefore this should reflect in the stats delivered form CPU-Z.

I have had to do yet another install of Vista :@, and yet again the BIOS settings are not correct, I will have to reset the CMOS once more.
I really do not know a solution for your problem, but you can stop reformatting. The settings in BIOS is not related to your OS. CPU-Z is already reading everything correctly and a reformat will not change a thing.

Right then problem solved.

I am not reformatting because of that problem along.

I just had to clear the CMOS, now it is appearing fine.
