MiniNG Setup Issues - Page 2

Restriction Restriction Restriction.

I have just solved my heat problem with the DDC. My EK supreme was utterly useless, restriction was just too much on a CPU + GPU line. Now its sorted. I simply bought a D-Tek v2 and the pump is much cooler and temps are good.

Trying to cool the pump is only masking the problem wherever it may be in your setup. You might have a pretty bad restriction like I did.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I have a restriction in the loop. When I look at my koolance flow meter, it will spin extremely quick. You can see the flowmeter in the upper right corner of the pic. I would think if there was a restriction, the flow meter wouldn't spin as fast as it does.

Does anyone have some normal operating temps for a DCC Liang pump? I've put the thermal sensor on the side of mine and the outside wall will hit anywhere between 47c and 55c. Has anyone else measured the temp of their pump?
