(HELP) BSOD- Vista 64

Okay, so i just finished my build and im trying to install vista and right after it says, "loading files", it goes to BSOD!? Please help!

Not to be an a**, but we're going to need a little more detailed information than that if we're going to be any useful help. What kind of error code is it giving? What have you tried so far to rectify? Have you tried not running RAID? You should try to pinpoint the error culprit using process of elimination.

i just pulled out 3 sticks of memory and my sound card, and no BSOD anymore....thnx anyway guys.

Well have you attempted to install the sticks of memory in one at a time and find the faulty one? Once you find the faulty one you can RMA it and get a replacement. That should solve future problems

It was the ram. IRQL errors pop up when vista x64 installs with more than 2gb of memory.

Do a fresh install with only 2 gigs installed. First thing you do, install this update. Make sure you get the right version (x86/x64). Restart the computer and install sp1 and all other updates. Reboot and install your other 2 gigs. You should be set.
