Is this a good setup for water cooling parts locations

Sorry for the poor drawing, even on computers I can't draw.

The block on top of the case is the radiator. The block in the lower left in the harddrive trays is the pump, I may move it out of the HD cages but am not sure as I need the lower fan to cool my GPUs. Is that an okay location for the rad and pump, or is the distance to far. BTW the crappy arrows are showing water flow, rad to CPU block, to pump and back to rad. I am thinking of putting a t-line in one of the lines coming up the back. Any input would be appreciated.

The back of the case has two holes for water lines and I think a 7/16 OD line should come out there.
