I am a geeksquad agent and everyone I work with is extremely knowledgeable and professional with how we handle customers data. Go in, fix whats wrong and call the customer, it's fairly straight forward.Also if you don't think I know what I am doing or what I am diagnosing, come try me? :x
I actually have to open up someones phone, fix water damage, replace capacitors, actually have to "physically fix" the phone 50% of the time, flash their phone, etc.... all while they are waiting in our store. Not sitting at home waiting for a call. Yet my coworkers still find time to snoop.
Your full of crap. Ignorance is bliss. I'll come "try" you anytime. I'm also a technician, anyone who works a tech job will tell you the same. Obviously common sense isn't a requirement for being a "geek".
