QDR stands for quadruple, if you want run FSB 266 put in the following, 4x266=1064 and if FSB 333, 1333 and if FSB 400, 1600.

So if you what to run 333 9 3,0 memspeed 1066 put in the following:

FSB (QDR) 1334

FSB Memory clock mode "Unlinked"

MEM (DDR) 1067

CPU Multiplier 9

why multiplier 9 ? I have a Q6700, i'm guessing just a generalization ?

No what hes saying is the FSB that you must set it to is quadrupled so you divide it by 4 which would make it 266. a 333 FSB would be 1333 in the FSB QDR and so on then you take the divided number which is 266 then multiply it by your multiplier which I believe is 10 and this gives you the 2.66 ghz. To Overclock you would wanna start around 300 FSB which you would enter 1200 FSB QDR which would mean 300x10 which gives you an OC of 3.0 ghz

It was just a example, because it seems like your not know what you are doing.

Just as mjones1052 pointed out.

Set your FSB Memory clock mode to Unlinked and MEM (DDR) to 1067 you should be good.

What FSB do you run?
