but im afraid he has maybe a 300w PSU...
i guess it should be fine....if its not enough i guess i can throw one of thos 450w PSU in it.
If you do some mild gaming, you could consider stepping up to the HD3650. But I'm having difficulty finding one with an HDMI port. Hmm.

Make sure you purchase the correct adapter (some of the cards DO come with it though). The ATI HD cards all natively support HDMI (including audio passthrough).

I purchased a sapphire HD3450 and the picture quality is superb using the DVI to HDMI cable that with vista media center is well worth it IMO
