Here's the fan that I have, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999344

Think it'd be worth it?

Would you say it's louder than the stock fan, if both were on full? Also, what temp difference did you see?

I have about 20 of those fans...and I love them!

You can see performance of these 121s on different coolers here:

http://www.overclock.net/air-cooling...attle-air.html

I have a 4 TTs with these fans. Right now, the one next to me is 50c on Load Q6600g0 @ 3.2 @1.344vcore.

BTW Newegg has them on Open box once in awhile for around $7+ ship...it is the ONLY alert I have from the Egg.

I forgot to add the tuniqs in there...that thread is still a work in progress.

I still have a TRUE with the 121s on the way also to compare.

Its "loud" but that is relative...to me its not "loud". You can hear them thru the case, but not obnoxious like Deltas.

Does anybody have the spec for the Stock TT fan, like how loud it is compared to a Silverstone FM121... Do you think it'd be much louder than the stock with both on full?

A FM121 will not make a difference. I put one in and it didn't do much in temp wise. I took it out and put it in the rear of my case. The FM121 is louder then the stock fan.

Yeah. I can confirm the FM121 is LOUD on full. Annoyingly loud to the extent mine never gets above 7v. Its more of a motor hum than an airflow noise, there are certainly quieter fans out there (Zalman ZM-F3 is my personal favourite).

This is good to know that this fan(stock) is hard to beat in sound and performnce.. Tks Danbeme32.
