She should be charged with 2nd or 3rd degree murder IMHO. She purposely did this knowing she would affect the girls emotions negatively, and when someone suffers from depression a breakup can cause very negative thoughts.
Are you serious??
So if I have a girlfriend who is mentally unstable, cheats on me, abuses me, etc... I should be charged with murder if she kills herself when I break up with her?
You think purposely affecting someone's emotions negatively is grounds for a murder charge? Insanity. Two wrongs don't make a right, yes?

If you honestly think saying this to someone is THAT horrible, you have a rude awakening coming from the real world.Edited by dankoni - 5/16/08 at 7:32am
