Just curious, but are your QX6700's lapped?. i refuse to do so with mine. just in case i damage it in some way, and i just don't feel comfortable with scratching off the QX6700 on its IHS...lol. (after all, the only real reason to buy the Extreme's is for bragging rights...right?. comon - an unlocked multiplier is hardly worth that huge pricetag. lmao)
the extreme series perform very well with sub zero cooling as seen all over XS. for everyday use, i wouldnt be surprised if you got 4 GHz on your wc setup w a Q6600. be warned that a lot of the newer G0 batches dont OC as well as older ones.
