XFX and their RMA service

Hi, I was just wondering whether anyone had any experience with XFX's rma service. My old 8500GT broke on me the first day I bought it about a month and a half ago so i've only just got round to RMA'n it. Can't find my receipt from the shop so can't take it back there.

Thanks

it's a joke, depending on your retailer, mine sent my 780i board back to xfx and made me wait a friggin month, not releasing a replacement until xfx have verified whatever the retailer tells them about the fault.

You think i'll be ok to send it straight back to XFX? Don't think PC World would take it back considering no receipt.
