Distilled water

edit: I will add that, although distilled does not conduct electricity, it will eventually become more conductive over time. This is due to picking up particulates from the components. feser one is also nonconductive, but I assume the same is true about that becoming conductive over time.

Feser one also.

I recall there being a comparison between Feser One along with Distilled water and other brand coolants.

From what i remember, Feser One - won!. but only by a tiny margin...it was also the least conductive.

It did indeed. The only reason I use distilled is due to the price. I tend to pull my loop apart every few months, so for <$2 a gallon, it is worth it.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about conductivity of coolant. if you adequately leak test, use decent components and use your head, you should not have any leaks. (even if you do, most likely they will be small enough to catch before they destroy your PC.)

Personally I think if you need non-conductive fluid, you have other issues you need to sure up. Most notably patience and common sense.
