Just bought two 750GB HDDs, can't see in "(My) Computer"

Thread Starter 
I can see in the device manager and the bios...but not in "Computer". I have Vista btw... Anyone know how to get them to show up so I can format them?

you have to go into Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management then right click on each disk and initialize it.

Right click "My Computer" click manage. Goto storage, click disk management, now you should see the two drives as Unallocated. Right click one and select new single volume, follow wizard, rinse, repeat.

You have to format them to NTFS. Follow the instructions above, right click on the drive, just quick format them.

You know you have formatted the drives coorectly, if you can see them in your MB's bios.
