There is an nvcleaner or something specifically to remove old nvidia drivers. Clean 'em out, then try 175.16 or some of the newer ones.
Should work fine then.
Also make sure you have all the updates, there have been memory address issue fixes and lots of compatibility fixes. If you havnt yet install SP1 and see if that aids it with new drivers.
Bah, and youre PSU may be an ample wattage but may not supply enough amps. Whats the amp output rating on your PSU?

honestly i doubt its a power issue im using a 1000W quod sli power supply and i cleaned my drivers and installed the new ones. With the 32 bit it was fine but the problem persisted now called Microsoft but they are idiots any suggestions?
