I'd redo your thermal paste before doing anything else, even if you think you did it right.

Check if your heatsink is seated right, cause 70C is temps for a bad seating, even a stock heatsink doens't get that bad

Ohh i missed that, so in that case you should get a TRUE, also for the time being you should do a ghetto mod! I say you get a whole lot of frozen water in 2L coke bottles and line them around your PC, that way the air around it gets cooler. and your ambient temps for inside the PC case and around should drop to about 28C. Plus make sure u have extras in the freezer for when they melt.

P.S. I just made that ghetto mod up right now. (Science Class FTW, except my teacher who is FTL)

Oh man I feel like a complete idiot! About 3 months ago I was doing some serious overclocking outside when the night temps were around 40F. I got it really stable @ 3.67 GHz, under one condition: I had the CPU volts set @ 1.55. I guess I never changed it back to stock. Idling nicely @ 54C currently, and surprising my average CPU load has dropped 15%, have no clue why though. Still tops out at 65C though so im going to go through with getting a new cooler. I'll try to get the TRUE, but my budget is rather erratic.

EDIT: I can't seem to find on google the stock voltage for the B3. In CPUz it shows 1.224 @ idle and 1.20 under load. Im concerned thats too low.
