sigh...HD3650 != working... :(

I won't say how it happened, long story, but when overclocking my hd3650 the core clock got raised in too big an increment, and needless to say it crashed. I restarted my computer, but now there's no output to the monitor (monitor light is orange)
I doubt I broke the video card, but I think the clock is still raised too high. In the program I set the clock to automatically be set to a frequency I knew was safe. So I guess all I need is to be able to boot into windows so the clocks will be set safely. However, It's hard to do that blindly.
Is there perhaps a key I can hold down to boot into safe mode?
What would you suggest I do?
Btw: XP 32bit

And for anyone who might suggest just dumping it, i want to keep it till the 4870's are out, so going a month only using p4 and athlon 64 computers will kill me O_O

You think thats bad? Im stuck without my beautiful G80 and stuck with a laptop with a 7600 for a month til my mobos get back!
Just try resetting everything, cmos included just incase. Unplug power to card and plug back in for whatever reason.
Try pressing F8 for safe mode, or better yet download a LiveCD of linux or something (ubuntu?) and see if it works then along with exploring the world of Nix!
Do you have any other video devices? It should work fine until windows loads the set clock, if its stil not working during post, etc then most likely youre SOL.
I highly doubt you fried it randomly like that unless it was major though.

Oh and hah at does not equal working. So sad =/
