How to not OverClock?

I recency built my PC this January, but i now notice there is a problem.
The system seems fine but every 10min there is a system lag. I can tell because the system gets slower and my music skips.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Please help me.
From ASUS Proble I got 50C-55C For CPU
and 37C for MB ( i don't no what that is)

Welcome to the foums. If you go tto the user cp and fill in your system specs then you wont have to link them in your post.

I am not sure what the issue is but try and check to see what temp you are running.
Also make sure you update the bios and that your OS install has all the latest updates. After updating the OS make sure you do a defrag.

Wild stab here, but do you have SATA drives with AHCI enabled? Using AHCI with my SATA drives caused a similar stuttering.

Could u mean my Samsung DVD drive? how would i be able to disable AHCI ?

ASUS PC PROBE 2 MB Temp is 47C (i'm getting a warrning)
how to lower this temp?

CPU Temp is around 50C

There would be an option somewhere in your BIOS under SATA Controller. Usually have the choice between IDE, AHCI, and RAID. Vista is known to have a fit with AHCI enabled, simply switching to IDE would resolve it, assuming that is what is causing it.

Is 50-55 from load or idle.

55 is load. I'm not too sure. because it went to 65C before.
before the ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm it was around 59C-68C
