along with a ds3l and an e8400? or would someone recomend something similar in price (can include mail in rebates) also must be 4 gb (2x2gb)

For that price, the G Skill are the best in 2x2gb config.

You have my vote for the G.Skills, the only other decently overclocking 2Gb sticks I've seen are Geils.
