Least conductive of these TIMs?

Thread Starter
I need to know which of the following would be least prone to be conductive... I know AS5 is non-conductive but can form ions or something leading to possible conductivity...

AS5
Tuniq TX-1
AI Tech Cool Silver
Zalman Thermal Grease

I'm installing a MOSFET cooler and don't have thermal tape... so help would be greatly appreciated

Probably the Zalman goop or the Tuniq stuff. I use Ceramique for chipsets and MOSFETs.

Artic Ceramique is my choice for chipsets.

I would trust the zalman stuff. Or as GoneTomorrow stated, the ceramique.
