Everything seems to be compatible for the most part.

That cooler you have ins't the best choice for Core 2 Quads. Few air coolers will truly cool an overclocked (which I hope you will be doing) C2 Quad. Three coolers that have proven themselves for this use are: Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, Tuniq Tower, and OCZ Vendetta II.

For Tri-SLI, you may want to invest in a larger PSU, like this Silverstone OP1000. BUT....

Just so you know, there have been a number of review sites that have proven Tri-SLI offers little to no benefit (sometimes it's worse) than regular SLI when it comes to games. (Source: Tweaktown)

If you are going to be playing games, 2 x 8800GTS G92 512MB (which are slightly lower clocked 9800GTX's, otherwise identical) will play games nearly as well as 3 x 9800GTX, and possibly even better in some situations. Oh, and cost less than half the price. ($200 x 2 for SLI 8800GTS vs. $300 x 3 for Tri-SLI 9800GTX).

For those reasons, Tri-SLI (and 9800GTX's themselves) are complete and utter wastes of money.
