Amen to that. It's also REALLY nice how Valve realizes that not everyone has new $200 video cards to run their games on. I can usually run their games maxed out (or darn near it) at 1280x1024 with my sig rig and it gives me a breath of fresh air from all these other hardware hungry games.

EDIT: oh yeah, and this excludes TF2, which owns my computer pretty hard.
