M2N-sli Deluxe no boot.

Thread Starter
Just got the board fresh from rma.
installed a 3500+ cpu I had laying around just planning to update bios before installing Phenom 9600.
Well when I push the power button the fans turn on for about three seconds and then shuts off.
No beeps or anything.
Ive did all the basics.
Reset cmos, remove battery, made sure the heatsink was mounted correctly.
Anyone ever have this problem?
Im assuming Ill have to have it rmad.
Im gonna try my best to have Asus sponsor on the shipping this time.
Thanks in advance.

Did you plug in the extra 4 pin power connector by the cpu socket?

Why did you send the previous board to rma? Maybe it was something else in the computer which caused the board to fail in the first place...

I was running a Phenom 9850 on a M2N-SLI Deluxe... I flashed the BIOS with the M2N-SLI 32 deluxe by accident and am screwed.... The BIOS is not socketed and the "Crash Free" Boot will not repair the problem either... I'm totally effed... I ordered a new AMD 770 series MOBO because the M2N-SLI chipset was very inefficent for the Phenom anyways... ASUS named like 4 MOBS with the M2N prefix... Be careful when flashing this BIOS...
