Pubbing is ftw. Getting called a hacker by some low rank nub in BF2 because you gun him out of the sky and don't use missiles is oh so satisfying.

BTW Fatal1ty is a sellout. The korean pros pwn him.

Yeah, because there is no camping in CS... It's not just me that thinks there is more fun in a game that takes more thinking before you fire. And of course there is skill in getting a head shot, but that doesn't mean there isn't more to take into account in the other games.

On a side note: I wonder if Fatal1ty bunny hops...
BF2 is a bit tactical, but I disagree about COD4. It's a great game, and it is fun, but there is really no tactical skill in that game. It is literally run and gun the majority of the time, and grenades are way too overused. I don't even take the game seriously in scrims! CS is the same in some respects (like all video games are), but it is way more tactical in my opinion.

Oh believe me, COD4 can be pretty close to the real deal at least in hardcore.

You can't say COD4 is less tactical because nades are used too much, ever hear of a grenadier? Believe me, in Iraq they will dump buckets(figuratively) of nades onto a convoy.

You cant lean into a corner in CS, in COD4 you can. In COD4, you can tactically use an airstrike to your advantage, in CS there is none.

Most CS maps play out like this, everyone rushes to one or two entrances in the level, camp for a few minutes while picking each other off, then one team retreats back into their spawn and die.

In COD4, there are so many ways to go through the map, giving you an advantage if you are able to flank the other team.

My biggest beef is the smoke nade, the freaking smoke hovers a foot off the ground allowing the campers to completely bypass your using of the smoke nade in a tactical manner.

That would be Team Death Match in CoD4, when you scrim in things like S&D it is way different. If you aren't tactical you've already lost.

I should know, I've scrimmed three different clans within this week, and four within this month. All were in CoD4, Hardcore, S&D. We won every game. Including one normal mode S&D game in our third scrim, after we beat them twice in Hardcore.

there is so much skill in pointing and getting a head shot, if you don't believe me then thats just you
I would have to agree with stargate here. I have been playing CS/CSS for a long time and I recently quit due to the fact that after you hit a certain skill level the game just becomes random and it takes no strategy/real skill what so ever. As for cs 1.6 registering better, they both register about the same but it's harder to hit long range shots in 1.6 due to the crosshairs being so big and the extremely low resolution textures.

Also, whats up with the lag every time you get shot in 1.6? Being able to shoot people through 10 feet of concrete takes no skill what so ever also. Games such as WC3/TF2/and even MMORPG's are where the real skill is at as they actually take team work, strategizing, and critical thinking.

do you even know anything? fatality was an excellent player and knew exactly what he was doing. no one understands that this man played some video games now makes thousands of dollars just by having his name on some hardware. this guy was smart and knew what he was doing

if you are going to sit here and tell me 1.6 and CSS are the same then you have not played either ever since cs was in beta and all the guns where on the left side. 1.6 and css are totally different games. and it is impossible for them to have the same hitbox cause they use different game engines.
