thanks keyboard for replay ..

this is my setting i had on my bios to get 3.0 stable

Code:
MB Intelligent Tweaker (MIT)
Robust Graphics Booster: auto
CPU Clock Ratio: x9
CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) : 333
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) : 100
C.I.A.2: Disabled
Performance Enhance : standard
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) 2.40B
DRAM Timing Selectable : Manual
Standard Timing Control
CAS Latency Time: : 4
DRAM RAS# to CAS# : 4
DRAM RAS# Precharge : 4
Precharge Delay(tRAS) : 12

System Voltage Control
DDR2 OverVoltage Control : +0.4
PCI-E OverVoltage Control : normal
FSB OverVoltage Control : +0.10v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control : +0.100
CPU Voltage Control : 1.33125v

Advanced Bios Features
**I have not change** Default
Do advice me to reset my fbs volt and mch volt to normal ?

regards

Yes.

But only if you pass memory tests after altering them. It shouldnt need over voltage for just 3.0ghz.

Change (G)MCH and FSB OverVoltage to Normal and test your computer with THIS and THIS (if you dont already have them).

If you need any help message me,

Hello

thanks keyboard_commando for help

i'm just reset my setting in bios to :

Code:
MB Intelligent Tweaker (MIT)
Robust Graphics Booster: auto
CPU Clock Ratio: x9
CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) : 333
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) : 100
C.I.A.2: Disabled

DRAM Timing Selectable : Manual
Standard Timing Control
CAS Latency Time: : 4
DRAM RAS# to CAS# : 4
DRAM RAS# Precharge : 4
Precharge Delay(tRAS) : 12

System Voltage Control
DDR2 OverVoltage Control : +0.3
PCI-E OverVoltage Control : normal
FSB OverVoltage Control : normal
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control : normal
CPU Voltage Control : 1.33125v

Advanced Bios Features
**I have not change** Default
and i test it with memTest68+ and memtest ( one hour ) with out error.

Do you think i need to set DDR2 OverVoltage Control to +0.2 or 0.25 ?

regards

For your current latencies the Ram manufacturer recommend DDR2 OverVoltage +0.2, id go with that. But test it and make sure youre alright.

Thanks keyboard for replay ..

I had difficulty stable at 3.0 with cpu volt = 1.33125 I had the Rift voltage to 1.34375v so settled with the test Prime95 Blend. and stop it after 6 hour.

I have a question ... Regarding CPU GTLREF Voltage will it help to stabilize the system?

I found it @ bios

CPU GTLREF1 Voltage *: Auto
CPU GTLREF2 Voltage *: Normal

Because I think in the near to go to 3.4GHz

Thank you very much
