Both graphic cards have 512mb and 256bits. I have thermaltake power 750w, so it should be okay with the SLI set up. I used to have gigabyte ga-p35c-ds3r. My system is crashed when the waterblock leaked. I'm upgrading to a new SLI board. Anyway, I will to sell some of my old stuffs to make money to upgrade. Right now, my system is down

I would too.

If the newer card cannot OC as well, then it will bring down the speed of you current card= bad.
If the current card can OC higher, then it was probably more money and will again run at the slower card speed= bad.

For another reason, some drivers work better with different cards, even if the chipset is the same.
I would just get the same exact card if possible.

Another question guy, my thermaltake toughpower only has 750w with 18A single rail, is it safe to run SLI with it. I looked at the minimum requirement on the nvidia, they already need a 24A single rail for just one card already. Little confusing here, please explain for me. I checked on this site http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone_build_psu.html, it shows I should be able to run SLI with my psu.

Just make sure you install the slow clocked card on the first PCI-E slot then the fast one of the 2nd slot.

I'm pretty sure that PSU is plenty enough, I have 750w and works nicely (I hope ) with my 2 8800GTX's, which is more power hungry

Hope that helps
