Ok here's the equipment im looking at:

I was thinking of getting this: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817153052 but is this the best option, or is it too little?

That Purepower isn't what I would recommend for a quad and decent gpu, especially if you plan on overclocking. It only has 29A on the 12V rail. I would prefer having closer to 40A. If you are planning on getting a psu from Newegg, plan on paying about $20-30 more compared to other websites. If you can order from a different website get the Corsair vx550. If you plan on buying from Newegg for convenience, here are some choices:
(These all have ~36A on the 12V which is enough, but if you have the money try to get the others.)
SILVERSTONE ST50EF-Plus 500W
COOLER MASTER Real Power Pro 550

These all have plenty of power but are of different qualities:
Antec EA650 650W (Not as good quality as the others listed but should still be fine)
Corsair TX650 (I would have linked the vx550 but this is cheaper for some reason)
PC P&C Silencer 610
(It is a little more power then you need but it had a good price and this and the Corsair are the best psus I linked)
