i just came across this
if something like this type/cost doesnt work, should i go back to air?
DO NOT buy prebuilt watercooling, simple as that. You will simply end up shelling out even more cash for broken components from it leaking on it, or more money for a better air heatsink or for quality watercooling. Either go high end air, or actually invest some money in quality watercooling. Oh you have a cyberpowerpc rig...... that explains it. Those so called "enthusiast custom pc makers" are crap. They sucker you in with crap watercooling systems and get you to pay an ungodly amount of money for something that cools like crap. No offense to you, it's just that you got suckered in.

(dunno why my chip never died.....72c is supposedly the max).....
shut down my pc and re-set now its fine
He's trying to cool an overclocked Q6600 with a single radiator and an underpowered pump, I'm surprised he's even getting temps that good, I expected higher. Oh and temps over the 71C limit aren't gonna kill it instantaneously.
