The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
Counter-Strike Source
Team Fortress 2
Day of Defeat Source
Trackmania Nations Forever
World of Warcraft

I'm open to using any applications, paid or not, like Wine, Cedega or Crossover. Also, tell me if the graphical quality will be the same as Windows or not...

Supposedly Crossover Games "supports" many Steam games, however I have never tested it. Crossover Games does have a free full-version trial. I'd recommend testing Wine before going out to buy a commercialized version of it though.
