Resolution issues with a 32 monitor

Hey folks...

I have a Toshiba 32HLC56.

I hooked up my sig rig to it via a SVGA cable but it doesn't take up the entire screen so I change the resolution to a widescreen one (1360x768 or something like that). Now I can't see my task bar.

Anyone can help me out?

Wow, I think I found the problem...this comes from a pdf of the owners manual I found...

To use a PC, set the monitor output resolution on the PC
before connecting it to the monitor. The following signals
can be displayed:
– VGA: 640 X 480 @ 60Hz
– SVGA: 800 X 600 @ 60Hz
– XGA: 1024 X 768 @ 60Hz
– SXGA: 1280 X 1024 @ 60Hz

Good thing I only paid 300 dollars for this. It doesn't have an HD tuner, it has crappy resolutions....

Hopefully I can atleast make enough to get my money back
